For a successful holiday, the hotel stay is the most important factor of success. Quality pays off not only for the guest, but also for the hotelier. A high level of guest satisfaction leads to growth of bookings.
For years, TUI measures this guest satisfaction using a detailed customer survey. Several times in the past hoteliers have asked TUI to use this data to analyze the quality of their own performance and to improve it. After some very successful pilot projects, the “TUI Quality Support”, a professional consulting of TUI for their hotel partners started in 2009.
