F&B ServicetrainingSuccessful F&B service training in Turkey
At the end of April around 20 managers from the Turkish Kirman Hotels took part in a three-day F&B Service Training arranged by our internationally experienced seminar leaders. Besides a short theoretical part the training took place for the most part during normal working operations. Topics that were mainly covered were the perfect service employee, basic knowledge in service, arriving at work (mise-en-place and HACCP), table culture and table decoration, looking after guests in the restaurant and complaints handling.
