TUI Holly 2011

Since 1994 TUI awards the TOP 100 TUI hotels worldwide with the TUI Holly. The TUI Holly is a trustful label, which guaranties highest guest satisfaction scores. As such it is a unique selling argument for travel agents and within the internet. Hotels that have won the Holly were able to increase their bookings by up to 35%.

Do you want to know your current Holly ranking every month?

As this has been frequently requested by our hoteliers, we have been developing two new supporting tools in order to provide you with this information: the TUI Holly Blitzanalyse Classic or Blitzanalyse Premium. With these new online reports you receive your Holly ranking on a monthly basis or every second month. Additionally, you will be informed about the performance of your main satisfaction drivers “service”, “food and beverage” and “hotel hardware” and if these areas are performing within the Holly ranking or which areas need to be improved for a higher Holly ranking.
