The shooting took place onboard Mein Schiff 3, at the Robinson Club Cala Serena, at several Grupotels, and at the Hotel El Coto on Mallorca. Britta Fahl, Head of TUI Quality Management and Hotel Consulting, spoke in detail on the topic of star categories and the TUI mark of quality, the TUI Holly.
